Very welcoming, Friendly and very much helpful owner. Our room was spacious, warm and cosy despite the cold weather outside. The inn was beautiful and the tea served at the front desk was delicious. Owner helped with the ride to the train station on our last day after checked out. Will definitely recommend to other traveller. 5 star.

Very nice and hospitable owner. There are high mountain sickness tea available at lobby also some snacks. Nice room and nice with glass roof.
The homestay include pick up and drop off services from the train stations for our 2-night stay. They also provided day tours and a special ******* cuisine tour, complete with pick up services. On our last day, the lady owner woke up at 6:30 am to send us off. It was a lovely gesture and truly made our stay memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the ancient town, with many shops and places to rent costumes around.
The room is clean, with a heater in the room and in the bathroom, and a humidifier. Although the weather outside is from 0 degrees to minus 3 degrees, the room is still warm and comfortable to sleep in. When you arrive, there is hot tea available for you to warm up.
The owner here is very nice and friendly. I needed to go to Lijiang after checking out, the owner took me straight to the train station and the owner guided me to buy tickets and get on the train (because she also had a trip to Lijiang at the same time as me) without charging any additional service fees.
You guys can choose to stay here when you come to SangriLa!

The owner is nice and friendly as I have some sickness when I arrived but owner take a oxygen tank for me and it feel betters. The hotel was nice design too, location is near to the ancient town.

The location is near to dukezhong ancient town just a few minutes walk. The owners are super friendly and supportive. The room comes with oxygen generator and humidifier.Nothing to complain about. I had a great stay in Shangri-la.
